Customer billing and subscriptions

Manage your subscription, capacity, and invoices from the Billing area of the Client Portal. JARAI bills on a subscription tier that includes a monthly capacity allowance, with optional top-ups when you need more.

  1. Open Billing in the Client Portal.
  2. See your current tier and usage for the month.
  3. Change plan (upgrade/downgrade) or buy extra capacity when you run low.
  4. Download invoices for your records.

Your plan

Your tier sets your monthly capacity and features:

Current pricing is on jarai.studio. Paying annually carries a discount over monthly.

Capacity & top-ups

Each plan includes a monthly allowance that productions draw on. If you need more than your plan includes in a given month, buy extra capacity — it’s added to your balance and used after the monthly allowance.

Changing your plan

Upgrade or downgrade from the Billing area. Upgrades take effect right away (more capacity now); downgrades apply from your next billing cycle. Your existing productions and data are unaffected by a plan change.

Invoices & payment

Download invoices from the Billing area for your accounting. If a payment fails, you’ll be notified and prompted to update your payment method — productions may pause until billing is current.
