Reviewing productions

When a production is ready, it appears in your Client Portal for review. Nothing is published until you approve it — you’re the final say on what goes out.

1. Open the production from your list (or from the notification).
2. Preview every asset — video, audio, captions.
3. Check the rights review — acknowledge any advisory warnings.
4. Approve to publish, or Reject to send it back.

Finding productions to review

Productions awaiting your decision are highlighted in the portal and you’re notified when one is ready (see Notifications). Open one to start reviewing.

Previewing

1. Play the video / audio inline and read the captions/transcript. Preview the platform variants if more than one was produced.

2. Read the details — the topic, the avatar(s) used, and any per-platform metadata (title, description).

3. Check the rights review — JARAI surfaces advisory warnings (copyright, likeness, attribution) per platform. Acknowledge them so you’re publishing with the risks visible. Full detail is on Approval and rights review.

Approving or rejecting

• Approve → the production is published to the connected channels in scope, and you can track results.
• Reject → the production doesn’t publish. Use reject when the content isn’t right; your operator can adjust and re-run.
• Per-platform choice → you can approve for some channels and not others where that option is offered.

Tip

Approvals are time-sensitive — content waits for your decision. If several people on your side review, agree who owns the final approval so productions don’t sit waiting.

Note

Approving is a recorded decision (who approved, when, and what warnings were acknowledged) — this protects you and provides an audit trail for what was published.
