Media library

The Media section is where every asset a production generates lives — images, audio, video, transcripts, and the final packaged deliverables. Use it to preview results, download files, and trace an asset back to the production that made it.

Find and download your media
Prefer to read? Open the step-by-step transcript
  1. Open Media from the left sidebar.
  2. Browse assets (videos show a hover/scrub thumbnail) or filter to a production.
  3. Click an asset to open its detail drawer — type, the production it belongs to, and a preview.
  4. Download — files save as JARAI - <Production name>.<ext>, not a raw UUID.

Assets vs deliverables

  • Assets are the individual pieces produced along the way — sourced/generated images, voiceover audio, the assembled video, captions, transcripts.
  • Deliverables are the final, packaged outputs (with platform variants and the attribution package) produced at the end of the pipeline. The Master deliverable registry lists these.

Previewing

  • Images show inline.
  • Audio plays in an inline player.
  • Video uses a lightweight poster/scrub thumbnail in the grid and a full player in the detail drawer — so the list stays fast.

Downloading

Downloads use a friendly, human filename — JARAI - <Production name>.<ext> — derived from the production name and the file’s real extension, so you never get an opaque blob UUID on disk. You can download a single asset or grab everything for a production at once.
