Team & seats
More than one person can use your JARAI account, at different access levels. If you’re on a team plan, capacity is shared across everyone. This page explains the roles and how seats work.

- As a Customer administrator, open team management in the Client Portal.
- Invite a colleague by email and pick their role.
- Administrator can manage and approve; Viewer is read-only.
- On the Atelier plan, capacity pools across all seats.
Roles
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Customer administrator | See everything for the customer, approve/reject productions, manage billing, manage team members |
| Customer viewer | Read-only — see productions and status, but not approve or change billing |
Give people the least access they need: most stakeholders only need Viewer; reserve Administrator for those who approve content or manage billing.
Pooled capacity (Atelier)
The Atelier plan is built for teams: instead of a per-person allowance, capacity pools across all seats. More seats means more shared capacity, drawn from one allowance. Individual members still have their own logins and visibility, but they spend from the shared pool.
Adding & removing people
- Invite a colleague by email; they get access at the role you choose.
- Change a role as responsibilities shift (e.g. promote a Viewer to Administrator).
- Remove someone when they leave — their access ends immediately; content they were involved with is unaffected.
